Our Services

The Rockland Council provides prevention, recovery support, education, and advocacy for individuals, families, and communities throughout Rockland County.

We provide:

Through prevention education, youth intervention services, community outreach, and evidence-based programming, we are committed to strengthening protective factors, reducing risk factors, and empowering individuals, families, and communities.

The Rockland Council Recovery & Family Center provides free, certified peer-led, non-clinical support services for individuals and families seeking connection, recovery resources, and hope.

Prevention Services:

  • Botvin Life Skills – Comprehensive training designed to promote positive youth development.
  • Healthy Me – Healthy Me is a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate wellness program designed to help K–2 students build strong bodies and healthy habits early in life. Through interactive lessons, movement activities, storytelling, and visual aids, children learn the importance of eating nutritious foods, staying active, and getting enough sleep—the building blocks of lifelong health.
  • Girls Circle™ – A structured support group for girls and youth who identify with female development from 9-18 years.
